We deliver
Next-day courier anywhere in Victoria, or same-day within 30 km. $80 flat local delivery.
STEP 3
You splice
Phone support is included. If a unit fails mid-job, we swap it within 24 hours.
STEP 4
Return and done
Send it back or we collect. Invoice on completion, 7-day terms for trade.

Gear from someone who's used it.
I'm Jeremy Katz. I've spent more than 20 years splicing and testing fibre across Victoria — for telco, data-centre and enterprise clients — latterly running Interlink Communications.
When I wound the operation down, the Fujikura fleet was too good to shelve — so it's now for hire. Every splicer is arc-calibrated between rentals, every unit ships in its case with the cleaver and consumables you need, and when you ring with a question you're talking to someone who's spent years behind these exact machines.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Do you hire OTDRs or power meters?
Not currently — splicers only. If you need test gear for the same job, we can point you to rental partners who stock it.
What's the bond?
New customers: a credit-card pre-authorisation for the replacement value. Established trade customers: a $2,000 bond plus a signed hire agreement. Loss & damage waiver available at 8% of the rental fee.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day within 30 km of Moorabbin (south-east Melbourne), next-day courier anywhere else in Victoria.
What if the splicer breaks down mid-job?
Ring us. We'll talk you through it, and if it can't be fixed on the phone we courier a replacement within 24 hours.
Do you offer long-term rates?
Yes — around 25% off for 3-month hires and 44% off for 6-month. Ring for a quote.
Can I buy one of the splicers?
The single-fibre 80s units are available rent-to-own — 50% of paid rent comes off the purchase price within 90 days. The ribbon units are hire-only.
